About Evenhurst
The analysis institutional buyers get, for buyers acting on their own.
Institutional buyers draw on financial analysis and transaction expertise to assess earnings, value, financing and risk. Independent buyers need the same clarity, with support suited to their acquisition. Evenhurst brings those disciplines together around the buyer’s decision.

How we work
Four commitments on every engagement.
One side of the deal
Our primary focus is independent business buyers. We also undertake selected seller-side earnings, valuation and second-opinion engagements. We represent one party in a transaction, never both. We don’t broker businesses or finance acquisitions, and our fees do not depend on closing.
Fixed fees
Agreed before we start, by acquisition price and complexity, and stated in writing.
Senior work
Every engagement is led and reviewed by a senior advisor, who presents the findings to you.
Findings as we find them
We raise material concerns promptly during the engagement, so you can consider them while the transaction is still taking shape.
Leadership
Alfredo Apestegui
Managing Director
Alfredo is an investment banker and transaction advisor. He has advised on acquisitions, investments and transaction structure from senior roles at an investment bank, a private equity firm, a global insurance company and a Big Four firm.
After more than 20 years working with large institutional players, he founded Evenhurst to bring the same skills and judgment to your transaction.
Plenty of firms can calculate. Fewer can interpret.
What we are not
Evenhurst is not a broker-dealer, lender or law firm, and does not provide legal or tax advice.
Where we work
Remotely, with buyers of businesses across the United States. Documents move through a secure upload link, never email.
